- Leading the design and execution of enterprise-wide HR programs across areas such as organizational design, workforce analytics, leadership development, total rewards, HR technology, and employee engagement.
- Developing and implementing a program governance framework to ensure alignment, accountability, and consistency across departments.
- Managing enterprise-level program roadmaps using Agile, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with strategic goals.
- Driving large-scale change management initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support organizational evolution.
- Overseeing multimillion-dollar budgets, vendor partnerships, and internal resource planning to ensure operational excellence and return on investment.
- Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks
- Day shift | 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. | Monday - Friday
- This role will primarily work remotely with some days on-site for meetings and collaboration
- Starting pay begins at $110,385.85 annually and increases with experience
- Pay range: $110,385.85 - $137,987.79 annually
- Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field, Master's Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in HR project management or a related role
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification through Project Management Institute preferred
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification through Scrum Alliance preferred

This strategic role partners with executive leadership to lead HR transformation projects, optimize operations, and align HR practices with organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings strong project and change management expertise, a deep understanding of HR processes, and a proven ability to drive collaboration and deliver measurable results.
