- Oversees HR Mailbox and responds to all employee and third-party emails in a timely and efficient manner.
- Oversees Careers Mailbox and sorts through employment applications.
- Conducts all store-level exit interviews along with ongoing stay interviews.
- Responds to all employment verification requests.
- Update and maintain company job descriptions.
- Maintain ATS system.
- Conduct thorough Workers Compensation Investigations, working with General Managers and Insurance adjusters.
- Files employee documents into appropriate employee files on HRIS system.
- Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, partners and third parties.
- HR team partners on diversity and inclusion efforts with emphasis on attracting and retaining diverse talent.
- Works with Director of HR on creation, implementation and execution of HR initiatives and project rollouts.
- Analyzes internal and external metrics to assess organizational effectiveness and recommends changes to positively impact the business; this includes measurement of turnover, time to hire, etc.
- Occasionally support Director of HR on employee relations matters.
- Supports HR leadership and associates in miscellaneous day-to-day administrative functions.
- Makes photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent HR certification (aPHR, PHR or SHRM-CP).
- At least two years of HR and Recruiting experience is required.
- Experience with ATS and HRIS systems required.
- Hospitality or Restaurant industry experience a plus
- Fluency in English and Spanish a required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Excel, Work and PowerPoint.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Quick learner and self-starter.
- Good judgement skills and adaptive attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- Position works out of corporate support office.
- Must be able to sit at desk and use hands and fingers to utilize computer/type.
- Must have good hearing for accurate communication with Bottleneck Management employees.
- May be required to support out of state Bottlenck Managemnt locations in person.

Salary Range: 60k-70k

Position Summary
The HR People Administrator facilitates talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee-related processes for the HR department, which supports all restaurant locations and the Home Office. This position is also the first point of contact for employee inquiries and communication.
Owns the Talent Acquisition process from the opening of a requisition/position through onboarding. This includes requisition management, advertising, sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants, coordinating interviews with hiring management, extending offers, pre-employment screening, and onboarding.
