      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage the execution of HR-specific projects, ensuring thorough completion and communication with stakeholders
      - Advise leadership on critical business decisions from an HR perspective
      - Oversee the adoption and execution of global HR initiatives within the organization
      - Conduct trend analysis and publish reports for leadership regarding HR data and processes
      - Manage employee recognition programs and ensure alignment with business needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Post-secondary degree in business management, human resources, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Proven experience (3-5 years) in HR project management
      - Strong understanding of HR processes, including talent acquisition and performance management
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
      - Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HR systems such as Workday, Kronos, and JDE

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
      - Experience in leading complex HR projects on time and within budget
      - Ability to learn and teach various business automation tools
      - Highly organized with the capability to manage a varied workload
      - Experience with data integrity and analytic needs for local HR initiatives
