What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and requirements
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare weekly recruitment metrics reports
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring timely collection of documentation and offer letters
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through strategic sourcing and community engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with a minimum of 1 year in full-cycle recruitment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in database and spreadsheet tools for data management and reporting
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS systems
- Demonstrated interest in professional growth within the recruiting and human resources fields
- Previous experience in employee engagement initiatives or community outreach
