Job Description
- Req#: 138715
- Scheduling of Interviews, preemployment screenings, and onboarding appts.
- Reviewing and dispositioning candidates within the Applicant Tracking System
- Conduct Co-Op Interviews
- Coordinate and help run Co-Op Events
- Attend career fairs and other recruiting events
- Collection of Co-Op program participant feedback
- Lead the Co-Op Ambassador Program and meetings
- Various other Human Resources tasks as assigned
- Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.
- Must be pursuing a 2 or 4-year degree within Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, or related field.
- Experience in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Great verbal and written communicator.
- Attention to detail for scheduling, screening, & candidate tracking
- Strong organizational & time management skills
