      As a Staffing Coordinator specializing in the use of Einstein II (EII) technology, you will play a pivotal role in managing the recruitment and placement of temporary clinical workers for hospitals within the Mass General Brigham (MGB) network. Working closely with staffing agencies, you will ensure a seamless and efficient process, leveraging the capabilities of EII to meet the temporary staffing needs of various healthcare facilities. This role is integral to maintaining optimal staffing levels, supporting patient care, and upholding the highest standards of healthcare delivery.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Collaboration with Unit Managers/Directors/Staffing Agencies:

      • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with Managers/Directors/Staffing agencies to understand current and future staffing needs.
      • Work with Staffing agency contacts to identify and onboard the right clinical talent.

      Utilization of Einstein II (EII) Technology:

      • Master the functionalities of EII technology for efficient management of temporary clinical staff.
      • Coordinate the placement of healthcare professionals

      End-to-End Staffing Process:

      • Manage the end-to-end staffing process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding and orientation.
      • Ensure compliance with MGB policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

      Communication and Coordination:

      • Facilitate clear communication between staffing agencies, healthcare facilities, and internal stakeholders.
      • Coordinate schedules, assignments, and rotations to meet the dynamic staffing demands of healthcare settings.

      Compliance and Credentialing:

      • Ensure all temporary clinical staff meet credentialing and compliance requirements.
      • Oversee the documentation and verification processes in collaboration with relevant departments.

      Qualifications:

      • Proven experience in staffing coordination, preferably in a healthcare setting.
      • Familiarity with vendor management technology (VMS) or similar staffing technology platforms.
      • Strong negotiation skills
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
      • Knowledge of healthcare compliance, credentialing, and regulatory standards.
