Job Description

- Provide assistance for the Human Resources Department.
- Hire for, facilitate and manage the Jockey Intern program
- Attend job fairs and commuinity outreach events
- Manage college relationships/coordinate job fairs
- Manage job postings and provide recruitment sourcing support
- Ensure accurate employee records, job descriptions, policies and procedures are maintained.
- Assist with any other HR duties as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal communication, organizational and problem solving skills
- Excellent MS Office skills to include email, Word and Excel.
- Ability to work onsite at our Kenosha, WI location a minimum of 4 days per week
- Ability to attend after hours job fairs and community events

Jockey International is seeking a Human Resources Representative to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Kenosha, WI. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Aqusition and provide support in areas of hiring, employment, Intern programming, community outreach and univerity relations.
