Job Description
- Req#: 1692
- Maintain and audit HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time-to-fill, engagement scores) and prepare reports for leadership.
- Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and documentation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate internal HR audits and prepare for external audits.
- Partner with IT and HR teams to improve HRIS functionality and reporting capabilities.
- Manage employee file audits and ensure digital records are complete and up to date.
- Support compensation and benefits benchmarking and analysis.
- Assist in the implementation of HR projects such as system upgrades, policy rollouts, and training programs.
- Provide backup support for recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compliance, analytics, or systems preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, SAP, Paychex, Paylocity, Workday).
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
