- Assist with a variety of HR functions in a facility including recruitment, staffing, employee relations, payroll, training and recognition, benefit communications and employee recognition.
- Have a professional understanding of the HR discipline but limited authority to execute independently and operate under direct supervision.
- Process various HR materials including confidential forms and records such as employment, enrollment and pay changes and maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
- Maintain current employee information, policy and procedure manuals and other communications and distribute as directed.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resources information confidential.
- File documents into appropriate employee files.
- Gather information and prepare reports on various HR topics as needed.
- Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
- Associate’s degree required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
- Two or more year’s previous human resources office experience required.
