      Oak Grove Academy, located in rural Jasper, Florida, near the Georgia state line, is dedicated to providing a therapeutic environment designed to improve the lives of youth. Programs include Equine therapy, Sports, Culinary Arts, Medical training, and Masonry, all tailored to nurture skills, build self-esteem, and promote personal growth. With a strong focus on hands-on experiences and career-focused learning, Oak Grove Academy empowers youth to reach their full potential in a supportive, transformative setting.

      Salary: $54999.96

      What you will do: The Human Resources Specialist is an integral member of the Human Resources team, primarily responsible for maintaining and managing the recruiting and benefits programs. In addition to these core duties, the specialist provides support across other areas of Human Resources to ensure the department successfully fulfills its mission statement. The role reports directly to the site Human Resources Manager and may occasionally supervise the Human Resources Assistant or Clerk, depending on the needs of the department. The Human Resources Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring efficient HR operations and supporting the overall success of the organization.

      To be considered you should: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree or some college education preferred. Must be knowledgeable regarding basic employment law and Human resources policies and practices.

      Schedule/hours/shifts: Monday to Friday
