      Job Description

      ON-SITE PROPERTY POSITION - NO REMOTE WORK AVAILABLE

      Summary

      This ideal candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Main responsibilities include hiring, licensing and onboarding and administration of HR Information system. This is the first point of contact with both new hires and existing team members. Liaison with property leadership, team members and gaming regulators.

      Job Duties

      • Responsible for onboarding and licensing with the Casino Regulators.
      • Provides support to team members via phone calls, walk-in requests, emails, etc.
      • Serves as a liaison with team members ensuring proper completion of forms, explaining eligibility requirements and maintaining confidentiality of team member needs.
      • Offers a high level of internal customer service to team members to answer their HR related questions and provide appropriate guidance and support for their requests.
      • Assists in property-specific team member orientation and onboarding to ensure a positive new hire experience.
      • Collaborates with Team Member Services, providing information and documents as requested and directing team members for assistance as appropriate.
      • Assists in organizing team member activities and recognition programs to increase team member engagement.
      • Provides information and interpretation of policies and procedures to management and team members
      • Other duties as requested.

      Qualifications

      • High school diploma or GED required.
      • Two (2) years of human resources experience preferred or equivalent education
      • Strong skills in MS Office applications..
      • Must be able to obtain licenses as required.
      • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
      • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
