What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the HR Business Service Center
- Collaborate with other HR departments to document best practices and resolve throughput issues
- Analyze data on HR Shared Services work to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to internal customers regarding their inquiries and concerns
- Evaluate HR plans and programs, making recommendations for strategic changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of two years of related experience in HR or a similar field
- Experience in PeopleSoft HCM version 8.8 or higher
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with benefits administration (retirement and insurance)
- Familiarity with records management
- Knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis
- Prior experience in coaching or mentoring team members
- Understanding of HR policies and procedures
