      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to requests from employees and HR Advisors through a central point of contact
      - Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee data in various HR systems
      - Maintain confidential employee files and ensure proper records retention
      - Provide problem-solving support to resolve issues and exceed employee expectations
      - Participate in new initiative testing, ongoing support activities, and special projects as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be able to work the specified hours and perform essential job functions satisfactorily
      - Minimum educational requirement: Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
      - Previous customer service experience within an office setting
      - Ability to communicate effectively with others and maintain confidentiality
