What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement long-term staffing strategies for various positions
- Attract and recruit exempt and nonexempt employees using proactive sourcing methods
- Communicate position expectations and employee benefit information to candidates
- Conduct orientation and extend offers of employment to selected candidates
- Maintain employment and applicant records while adhering to company policies and regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or extensive direct experience in human resources
- Minimum of three (3) years of Talent Acquisition experience
- Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, PRC, or similar designations
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong judgment and decision-making abilities

- Experience managing multiple requisitions and hiring managers simultaneously
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated initiative in meeting deadlines while working under pressure
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations in human resources management
- Experience preparing and maintaining employment and applicant records
