      Description

      Linden Court, a skilled nursing facility in North Platte, NE, is offering an opportunity for highly motivated, caring and compassionate individuals to join a team that is committed to "Dignity in Life" and providing "Quality Life" and "Quality Care" to our patients and residents.

      The People Development Coordinator has the opportunity to develop relationships and serve people on a daily basis with responsibilities such as:

      • Recruitment Process
      • Onboarding Process (Orientation & Mentoring)
      • Benefits Administration
      • Manage Unemployment/Work Comp
      • Manage FMLA, LOA, Merit Increase Process
      • People Development
      • Team Member Relations

      Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources or a related field with one to two years' experience. They will possess the capacity to relate well to people including residents, team members, and the general public. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills and flexibility and outstanding problem solving and people skills are expected. They will possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude and portray a positive image.
