      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate, verify, and optimize the operation of building systems both on-site and remotely
      - Collaborate with project delivery teams to document and communicate technical issues and solutions
      - Participate in site surveys and develop energy conservation measures
      - Troubleshoot and optimize building system programming to implement energy conservation measures
      - Oversee functional performance tests and ensure all documentation is accurate and archived

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field
      - 5+ years of commissioning or related field experience with building automation systems or building operation management
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to safety
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based commissioning software platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Engineering Intern (EI) certification
      - Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, or ASHRAE
      - AEE Energy Manager in Training (EMIT) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification
      - Experience in building automation systems design and programming
