      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate, verify, and optimize the operation of building systems, both on-site and remotely
      - Lead site surveys and documentation reviews to assess facility conditions and develop energy conservation measures
      - Execute and complete assigned tasks and deliverables in a timely manner
      - Develop and QC pre-functional checklists and functional performance tests
      - Collaborate with the project delivery team to implement energy conservation measures and ensure documentation accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field
      - 7+ years of commissioning or related field experience with mechanical, electrical, and building automation systems
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to safety
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based commissioning software platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Engineering Intern (EI) certification
      - Commissioning Certification from ACG, BCxA, or ASHRAE
      - Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification
      - Experience in building automation systems design and programming
