      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment
      - Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence
      - Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
      - Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress
      - Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
      - Proven experience in delivering ABA therapy
      - Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and practices
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical teams and families

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a clinical setting
      - Familiarity with data-driven decision-making in clinical practice
      - Previous involvement in training or developing staff
