What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct client programs and manage staff implementation of ABA services
- Supervise Behavior Therapists and Program Supervisors
- Conduct observations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Communicate frequently with families, teachers, and staff about client progress
- Attend and facilitate client and staff meetings as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- MA degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable transportation, valid state driver's license, and automobile insurance
- Ability and willingness to drive from client to client and work longer than 8 hours/day as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in mentorship or supervisory roles within behavioral health
- Familiarity with data collection and analysis in ABA practices
- Strong organizational and operational skills
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Willingness to adapt to varying work environments and client needs
