What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee ABA therapy services with a balanced approach between remote and in-person engagement
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians through virtual and scheduled in-person visits
- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans based on ABA principles
- Engage parents in their child’s therapy through monthly training sessions
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Proven experience in delivering ABA therapy in both virtual and in-person settings
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and families
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs
- Experience supervising and supporting behavior technicians
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with assent-based care models
- Familiarity with clinical training and mentoring of BCBAs
- Previous involvement in operational aspects of ABA service delivery
