      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee project planning, site investigations, and surveys for the Bureau of Indian Education project
      - Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and construction schedules
      - Conduct design management and code compliance reviews
      - Lead progress and coordination meetings among project participants
      - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction management or engineering on large or complex projects
      - OSHA 30-Hour certification completed within the past two years
      - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, teams, and project schedules effectively
      - Must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible for employment in the United States

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with construction scheduling methods and software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
      - Experience with federal design and construction standards and applicable building codes
