What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and monitor construction requirements, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications
- Prepare, update, and manage construction schedules using Microsoft Project
- Maintain oversight of construction activities, reporting issues and observations to leadership
- Exercise technical judgment to address construction-related problems and recommend solutions
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and government representatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of technical experience in construction management for large, complex projects
- Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Professional Engineer (PE)
- Proven experience in scope definition, task development, cost analysis, and project delivery
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in government contracting and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic environments
- Willingness to travel to any Port of Entry within client 'span of control
