      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming support inquiries, triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving Tier 1 related issues
      - Document each step of the troubleshooting process in the ticketing system, ensuring clear communication and tracking
      - Manage an average of 5-7 tickets in the queue and handle 16-18 calls per day
      - Assist remote users with application support and configuring VPN access
      - Maintain user accounts utilizing Active Directory and Microsoft 365, including password resets and permission assignments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - CompTIA A+ or equivalent certifications
      - Associate's Degree in Information Technology or a related field
      - 1-3 years of experience working as a Support Technician or in a similar role at a Managed Services Provider
      - 1+ years of experience working on-site with end users
      - Must possess a personal vehicle for travel to client locations in Charlotte, NC, and surrounding areas
