      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the initial point of contact for all incoming support inquiries, triaging and troubleshooting Tier 1 issues
      - Document each step of the troubleshooting process in the ticketing system, Autotask
      - Manage an average of 5-7 tickets and receive 16-18 calls daily
      - Provide swift and courteous support to Helion's client base
      - Assist remote users with application support and VPN configuration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
      - Associate's Degree in Information Technology or a related field
      - 1-3 years of experience working as a Support Technician or similar role at a Managed Services Provider
      - 1+ years of on-site experience with end users in the Indianapolis, IN area
      - Strong knowledge of computer software, operating systems, hardware, and networking

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with software as a service (SaaS) and other software hosting protocols
      - Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
      - Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 for user account management
