Manage a team of resources responsible for the design, implementation and administration of Identity and Access Governance solutions.
Maintain control review processes across entity and asset controls.
Closure of all Risk audit issues and actions in a timely manner.
Work with the 3 LOD, Architect, Engineering/Devops team to mature the IAM controls.
Manage and facilitate workshops with internal and external auditors.
Set up IAM control processes, reporting, governance, self-assessment with the team to provide continuous assurance.
Identity and Access Management governance and control experience and skills with strong understanding of risk management.
Hands on experience in effective communication with team management and senior management.
Experience with CyberArk, SailPoint/One Identity is essential.
Experience in highly regulated entities preferably APRA regulated.

ING Australia is looking for an experienced IAM Governance and Controls Manager to join our Identity and Access management team based in Sydney.
As a senior member of the IAM team, you’ll be managing a team of Identity and Access Governance Analysts with the primary focus of monitoring and improving of IBAL risk position with regards to the IAM controls and ensuring the Australian entity remains within the risk appetite set by Policy, standards and framework and aligned with 3 lines of defense and Global IAM.
Our ideal candidate should have experience leading a team (internal & outsourced) to deliver exceptional service and stakeholder management. You’ll have a proactive approach towards continuous improvement in building the function in line with agile working environment.
