- Develop and Implement IAM Frameworks
- Lead and mentor a team of identity analysts and administrators.
- Implement and enforce best practices, standards, and policies for identity operations.
- Monitor and manage identity resources to ensure scalability and availability.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy applications and services in the identity system.
- Analyze usage patterns and implement cost-saving measures to optimize identity costs.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, data protection, and industry standards.
- Promptly troubleshoot and resolve complex identity-related issues.
- Stay updated on emerging identity technologies and trends.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the identity operations team.
- Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- 7 years relevant IT experience is required
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred
- Hands on experience with IAM technologies and frameworks preferred.
- Proficiency in identity platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Google Identity).
- Familiarity with Identity as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Knowledge of identity protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth) is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Information Security Manager) are desirable.
