      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Validate Maximo systems under 21 CFR part 11 compliance within Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
      - Implement, customize, and manage Maximo systems, including installation and upgrades
      - Provide international system support across various regions including NA, EMEA, APAC, and EUR
      - Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation protocols for systems
      - Manage projects related to legacy system replacement and major version upgrades

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 15 years of experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) within the Life Science industry
      - Proven expertise in deployment and configuration of Maximo Asset Management systems
      - In-depth knowledge of database management including MS-SQL Server and Oracle
      - Experience with SDLC documentation and change management processes
      - Strong skills in system integration and data migration planning

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in Information Science or related field
      - Certifications in Manufacturing Management and IBM Certified Deployment Professional
      - Experience with automation scripting and application development
      - Familiarity with Power BI report development and KPI dashboards
      - Knowledge of ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
