      The Data Analyst assigned to ICQA (Inventory Control/Quality Assurance) will work closely with the ICQA and operations teams in Inbound and Outbound to provide data and analytical support for ACES initiatives, root cause investigation of defects, and will provide support to insure compliance to ICQA-related SoX requirements. The Data Analyst will support the ICQA Program Developer and will have the opportunity to grow into Program Developer role.

      Key job responsibilities
      • Development of data collection processes and data management systems
      • Maintenance of data integrity (0% error rate)
      • Designing of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports in MS Access and Excel
      • Charting and graphing of data for reporting purposes
      • In depth research of defect trends
      • Data collection and entry as needed
      • Data mining and problem solving
      • Back up for Process Assistant duties
      • Translate data into actionable insights for the stakeholders
      • Teach leadership team how to interpret data trends as needed
      • Automate reporting for weekly business metrics
      • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
      • High school or equivalent diploma
      • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
      • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
      • Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
      • • 10 hours of UPT, good standing, blue badge associate
      • • Demonstrated problem solving skills and analytical skill
      • • Experience with SQL, Oracle, Ruby on Rails, JSON, and HTML
      • • Advanced VBA knowledge, query databases and web sources using VBA
      • • Proven ability to work productively and efficiently in an independent setting
      • • Proven ability to clearly communicate with managers and associates at all levels
      • • Global perspective and solid understanding of business objectives
      • • Excellent attention to detail and work with the highest level of accuracy
      • • Initiative to develop tools, data collection processes, and data management systems
      • • Prior experience as a Seasonal Data Analyst or similar experience with software development or coding knowledge
