- High level of understanding of governance within imaging
- Knowledge of a broad range of imaging procedures at a senior level
- Risk management and audit experience
- Knowledge of RIS/PACS management and IEP systems
- Excellent clinical, customer service and IT skills
- Flexible, can do and patient focused attitude
- Proven experience working at a management level in the healthcare industry and an understanding of private and public sector funding models would be ideal

Main duties of the job
If you're an experienced Radiographer, this is your chance to develop innovative imaging services with one of the leading independent healthcare providers in the UK. At Ramsay Health Care UK, we know our people are our most important asset. So, we'll invest in you, developing and nurturing your managerial skills through our Ramsay Academy, as you combine clinical and leadership duties across the Cherwell Hospital. Your team of experienced Radiolographers will work across general X-ray and deliver in theatre. We also cover other specialisms within Cherwell Hospital such as MRI. As an inspirational leader, you'll help the senior leadership team drive performance, and help shape the future direction in an organisation that believes in providing the very latest technology for the benefit of our patients and our teams.
