What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review medical files and reports to ensure completeness and accuracy, addressing client questions appropriately
- Follow up with reviewers and clients for any clarifications or additional questions
- Communicate effectively between clients, physicians, and the operations team regarding peer review content
- Maintain grammatical accuracy and adherence to quality assurance checklists in all reports
- Update clients regularly on the progress of referrals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Preferred educational background: Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
- Proficiency in technology-based processes within a business environment
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong understanding of company business lines
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines

- Experience working in quality assurance or related fields
- Familiarity with medical terminology and processes
- Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in remote work environments
