What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist clients with the processing of visa petitions and immigration-related inquiries
- Manage caseload from intake through processing, filing, and final decision
- Prepare applications for permanent residency and secondary benefits for foreign nationals
- Organize petition packets for review and filing while maintaining digital records
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner and adhere to submission deadlines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of employment-based immigration experience with nonimmigrant visa applications and EB-1 through EB-3 immigrant visa applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work and develop cases effectively
- Substantive understanding of legal requirements and supporting documentation for business immigration filings
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
