      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Draft filings for immigration and INTERPOL clients, including client declarations, exhibit lists, and cover letters
      - Occasionally travel to meet clients at their homes or in immigration detention facilities and/or to file documents with US Government agencies
      - Prepare and file applications for various immigration benefits and relief from removal with exceptional attention to detail
      - Conduct legal and country condition research for immigration and INTERPOL defense cases
      - Support the legal team in Miami and Washington, DC offices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associates/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, including a paralegal certificate
      - Fluency in English and Spanish
      - Minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience preferred
      - Strong drafting skills and experience reviewing immigration forms and supporting documentation
      - Comfortable using legal tech platforms and adapting to/improving new technologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in immigration law is strongly preferred
      - Foreign law degrees are welcomed
      - Independent worker with strong judgment and accountability
