      This is NOT your typical paralegal role. At SRR Law Group, you will play a vital part in life-changing immigration cases, helping families stay together, professionals seize opportunities, and vulnerable individuals find safety. We are looking for someone committed to advocacy, precision, and supporting clients every step of the way.

      Responsibilities

      What You'll Do:
      • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trust through compassionate, clear communication.
      • Draft legal forms, applications, affidavits, and correspondence for family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian immigration cases.
      • Support case preparation for I-130, I-485, N-400, VAWA, T visa, U visa, asylum, and waiver applications.
      • Monitor deadlines, follow up on missing documentation, and ensure files are complete for attorney review.
      • Conduct legal research and assist with Requests for Evidence (RFEs), NOIDs, and other agency communications.
      • Keep digital case files organized and compliant using legal case management tools like Docketwise or LawMatics.

      Qualifications

      What You'll Bring:
      • Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field.
      • 3+ years of experience in immigration or legal services.
      • Strong working knowledge of immigration processes and forms (H-1B, I-140, PERM, etc.).
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal case management software.
      • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills required.
      • Notary Public certification is a plus.
