What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, organize, and validate information in a national community resource directory
- Develop new community resources through various research methods
- Establish and maintain partnerships with federal agencies and service providers
- Keep statistical records of all agencies updated in the database
- Assist in making appropriate referrals to community service providers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with immigrant populations or child welfare
- Tier 2 Public Trust Clearance with HHS within the past 2 years
- Experience working in MS Office Applications and MS SharePoint
- Ability to travel up to 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with unaccompanied children or refugee minors
- Experience with Office of Refugee Resettlement and its provider network
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
