      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet or exceed established sales and territory objectives through strategic business plans in the nephrology market
      - Collaborate with portfolio representatives to optimize customer engagement and identify synergistic opportunities
      - Build and maintain professional relationships with opinion leaders, physicians, and decision-makers in nephrology
      - Present effective and compliant sales presentations to customers and at conferences
      - Attend regional and national conferences to represent nephrology initiatives and build relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in nephrology
      - In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an associate's degree with 7+ years or 10+ years of relevant pharmaceutical experience will be considered
      - Current experience within the territory and customer knowledge is required
      - Proven track record of selling biologics or specialty pharmaceuticals to nephrologists is highly preferred
      - Valid motor vehicle operator's license and ability to travel locally up to 40%

      - Experience in larger, complex territories with multiple account types (private practice, academic, institutional)
      - Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills within matrixed teams
