What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed sales and territory objectives by developing and executing strategic business plans for the neurology market
- Collaborate with portfolio representatives to identify synergistic opportunities and optimize customer engagement
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, and decision-makers in neurology networks
- Communicate complex disease-state and therapeutic information with authority and clarity
- Attend regional and national conferences to represent neurological initiatives and build relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in the neurology field
- If no bachelor's degree, consideration for an associate's degree with 7+ years or 10+ years of relevant experience
- Current experience within the territory and familiarity with customer knowledge is essential
- Proven success in selling biologics or specialty pharmaceuticals to neurologists
- Valid motor vehicle operator's license with the ability to travel locally up to 40%

- Experience in larger, complex territories with multiple account types (private practice, academic, institutional)
