What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the full implementation lifecycle for Oracle HCM Talent modules, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Configure, test, and optimize Oracle Goals, Performance Management, Talent Review, and Succession Planning modules
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to maintain data integrity and ensure system stability
- Identify and implement enhancements and process improvements for usability and workflow efficiency
- Serve as a liaison between functional and technical teams, defining business requirements and coordinating testing activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in leading or supporting the design and optimization of HCM solutions
- At least two (2) years of hands-on configuration experience with Oracle HCM Talent modules
- Strong understanding of HCM data structures, workflows, and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to design and implement change management strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Leadership, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation certification (Talent Management modules)
