      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with an Implementation Coordinator to exceed client expectations for complex accounts
      - Participate in client calls and meetings to assess technical configuration needs
      - Manage client timelines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
      - Analyze test data to identify root causes, trends, and gaps for successful go-lives
      - Mentor other Implementation Analysts and lead internal technical training sessions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong understanding of the ANSI X12N format including 837P, 837I, 835, 270/271, 276/277, and 278
      - Over 2 years of experience in technology (information exchange) and/or the healthcare space
      - 2 years of experience managing complex healthcare technology implementations
      - Familiarity with APIs
      - Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Submitters, Vendors, and/or Receivers/Payers
      - Extremely organized and detail-oriented
      - Ability to simplify complex concepts
      - Experience gathering requirements: data, functional, business, and technical
      - Thorough understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle
