      We are looking for an Implementation Business Analyst to join our Solution Consulting & Education team to support onboarding our Marketscape CRM customers. You, as the Implementation Business Analyst, will play a critical role in the onboarding process by documenting and translating customer workflows into product configuration needs, gathering technical requirements for product integrations, and ensuring the successful build and delivery of our Marketscape CRM platform.

      Location: Atlanta HQ; Raleigh, NC; Nashville, TN; Philadelphia, PA; Remote considered

      Reports to: Manager, Implementation Consulting

      As the Implementation Business Analyst at Trella, you will:
      • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for integrations from their EHR to Trella's Marketscape CRM platform.
      • Translate current customer business processes or workflows into technical documentation to support the unique configuration of the CRM environment.
      • Partner with Onboarding Consultants during implementation to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the timely gathering and delivery of CRM configuration and implementation requirements.
      • Work closely with Integration Engineers and development teams during customer onboarding to assist in the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions.
      • Utilize JIRA for tracking, managing, and analyzing project tasks, user stories, and requirements to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow between development teams and stakeholders.
      • Verify setup of the CRM and integration by performing user acceptance testing and validating configuration details with customer stakeholders.
      • Collaborate with Support team on ticket escalations related to integration specifications; partner with Integration Engineers or Technology teams for resolutions as needed.
      • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and identify mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
      • Develop and maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge related to post-acute CRM and EHR integration workflows.

      This job might be a fit for you if you have:
      • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
      • 3+ years of experience in Business Analyst role, with a focus on healthcare IT and technical integration (e.g., HL7, API, SFTP, FHIR).
      • Experience in a client-facing role with a strong aptitude for reviewing customer needs and translating into technical documentation.
      • Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver timely solutions while managing multiple projects.
      • Proficient in using JIRA for project management, including creating and managing user stories, tasks, and workflows, as well as generating reports and dashboards for tracking project progress and performance.
      • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
