What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to support the customer experience

- Lead solution development efforts to best address customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of customer service or project management experience in a professional setting
- Resourcefulness and technical competence
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems swiftly
- Adaptive, introspective, and able to work under pressure

- Background in telecommunications
