- Defines and coordinates implementation activities .
- Responsible for working with business partners across various business units to identify and implement small to medium to large projects that support implementation of a client that support the corporate growth strategies.
- Ensures seamless customer experience including transition from previous carrier/provider of service.
- Acts as primary contact/liaison between customers and internal business partners to resolve issues related to implementation plan design and customer deliverables.
- Maintain depth of knowledge in business unit operations and IT systems.
- Leads and coordinates client readiness assessments.
- Ensures all PG's and SLA's are defined and tracked.
- Plans implementation timeline and milestones, tracks progress, monitors and communicates project status, identifies and resolves issues utilizing pre-established governance and stakeholders for escalation and issue resolution.
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Admin or related field with a minimum of 1 years experience in health insurance field and a minimum of 2 years experience in leading workstreams an/or solutioning projects ; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- BA/BS degree in Healthcare Admin or similar field, PMP certification, healthcare operations and IT technical experience preferred.

This is an individual contributor role, and the person in this position must live within 50 miles of an Elevance Health office location. Work schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
The Implementation Manager is responsible for leading and executing on specific implementation workstreams across the business unit for a portfolio of product offerings. Act as the lead to ensure a successful client implementation.
