What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead project teams and manage the project lifecycle from initiation to closing
- Drive the use of project management principles, methodologies, tools, and internal policies
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal/external executive sponsors and key customers
- Translate client requirements and objectives into a detailed project plan
- Document lessons learned and recommend process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of project management experience
- Professional experience in enterprise-class SaaS software implementations
- Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Prior external client-facing experience required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional experience in Financial Services, Technology Implementations, or Consulting
- PMP and CSM certifications preferred
- Experience with Salesforce/FinancialForce, Jira, Confluence
- Previous experience in investment management software implementations
