What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist clients through planning, development, training, and execution of the employer's products
- Design and maintain implementation schedules, ensuring compliance with timeframes and requirements
- Document implementation requirements, objectives, obstacles, and delays, including time worked on implementation tickets
- Conduct onsite and virtual training with clients and present at conferences and events
- Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure a positive client experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Experience in implementation, project delivery, or adult education, preferably with agile/scrum experience
- Strong billing expertise, especially in ambulance billing and insurance claim processing
- Knowledge of implementation or project management tools and state/national EMS and Fire reporting requirements
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Billing Bridge and experience as a system administrator
- Knowledge of the employer's products and functions or other similar industry-related technologies
- Experience in healthcare or public safety industries
- Proven ability to track implementation tasks and scope project requirements
- Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills
