      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide hands-on expertise and support to new hospital partnerships for pharmacy services integration
      - Train and develop on-site staff, including Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacy Liaisons
      - Identify and address workflow inefficiencies to enhance patient care and operational efficiency
      - Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, insurance representatives, and external care teams
      - Manage patient enrollment and retention efforts for specialty pharmacy services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; AA or BA preferred
      - Must be a nationally certified pharmacy technician in good standing with any State Board of Pharmacy
      - Minimum of 4-5 years of pharmacy experience, with leadership experience preferred
      - Valid driver's license with current auto insurance; willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
      - Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with healthcare personnel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with prior authorization requests to third-party payors
      - Knowledge of specialty medication therapies, including transplant, hepatitis C, infectious diseases, and oncology
      - Familiarity with 340B drug program and ACO hospital models
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
      - Bilingual or multi-lingual skills appropriate to the patient population served
