What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet with clients post-sale to gather data for software implementation
- Create detailed project plans to ensure timely installation of software systems
- Communicate with clients throughout the setup process for feedback and approval
- Train clients on the use of the software and any customizations made
- Provide cost and time estimates for additional developments as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3 years of golf course operation experience
- Prior experience working as an Implementation Specialist or in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with competitor software functionalities in the golf course management sector
- Sound technical knowledge and the ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
