      Business area Wind is looking after the development, construction and operation of wind power onshore and offshore as well as other non-hydro renewable activities like solar and batteries. We oversee the maintenance, operation and continuous improvement of wind generation assets, safely and with the highest levels of availability and profitability. We also perform the structuring and execution of project partnerships in accordance with the overall wind strategy.

      As the IMS Development Manager you will be part of the IMS & Process Governance Management Team and be responsible for leading the development and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) for Business Area Wind. This role will have a strategic focus on ensuring that the IMS is fit for purpose and aligned with our business area Wind strategy, goals and objectives. The IMS Development Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the IMS team, which includes the Process Excellence Leads, Process Risk and Change Specialist, and IMS Technology Specialist.

      The report is to the Director of IMS & Process Governance within the Business Area Wind.

      As IMS Development Manager, you will take on a number of key responsibilities:

      • Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System to ensure it is fit for purpose
      • Support the IMS Operations department with ensuring effective governance, change management and maintenance of the IMS
      • Manage and develop the IMS Development team. This includes identifying competency gaps and upskilling team members
      • Ensure that the architecture of the management system is integrated, aligned and compliant
      • Develop and implement IMS policies, procedures, and standards
      • Support the Director of IMS & Process Governance with the creation and delivery of the QHSSE Management Review(s)
      • Provide leadership and guidance to the IMS development team, process owners and stakeholders
      • Leverage relationships to enable a constructive dialogue with Business Units and Staff Functions
      • Contribute to the development and implementation of the IMS & Process Governance department's strategic goals and objectives

      Location:

      The team members are located at our offices in the Netherlands, the UK, Denmark, Sweden and Germany thus the position is flexible within those locations.


      Qualifications


      The person we are looking for is a self-driven and experienced leader who thrives in an environment with a high focus on process standardisation and excellence.       Additionally, we expect you to have the following capabilities:

      • Minimum a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Operations Management, Quality Management, Engineering or Business Administration
      • +8 years of proven track record from working with Process Excellence or Operational Excellence in a larger international company preferably within the renewables industry
      • Proven experience in leading and coaching teams as well as identifying key competency gaps
      • Strong experience in developing and maintaining integrated management systems subject to multiple jurisdictional standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and ISO 45001
      • Strong project and resource management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
      • A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
      • Fluency in both spoken and written English and willingness for some business travelling within northwest Europe is required
