What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews
- Engage with patients to answer health questions and provide personalized care
- Utilize an iPad and clinical workflow for evaluations without prescribing medications
- Travel locally and within licensed states for patient visits as needed
- Provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification required
- Ability to cover primary locations such as Seattle and Snohomish
- Experience in conducting health evaluations in diverse home environments
- Minimum of 40 hours per week availability
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multi-state licenses preferred
- Previous experience as a clinician in home health settings
- Familiarity with diagnostic and preventive services
- Strong communication skills and patient engagement abilities
- Experience working with diverse populations and addressing unique health needs
