What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-home health evaluations, reviewing medication and medical history
- Engage with patients to answer health questions and provide personalized care
- Utilize an iPad and intuitive clinical workflow for assessments
- Travel locally within licensed states to provide services as needed
- Perform virtual visits and diagnostic services as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification is a must
- Ability to cover specific primary locations: Teller, El Paso, Lincoln, Kit Carson, Cheyenne
- Experience in providing in-home health evaluations preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multi-state licenses are preferred
- Previous experience in home health or community health settings
