What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-home health evaluations to assess patient health and answer health-related questions
- Review medication and medical history, performing physical evaluations
- Utilize technology, such as an iPad, to streamline the evaluation process
- Engage in virtual visits as necessary and travel locally within licensed states
- Provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification is required
- Ability to cover primary locations: Warren & Delaware County in Albany, NY
- Commitment to improving health outcomes for patients in their homes
- Flexibility to adapt to diverse home environments and conditions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multi-state licenses are preferred
- Experience in conducting in-home health evaluations
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with patients
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively
- Previous experience in a clinical role focusing on patient care
