What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history reviews and physical evaluations
- Engage with patients to build trusted relationships and bridge gaps in care
- Utilize an iPad and intuitive clinical workflow for evaluations
- Provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated, such as spirometry and bone density screening
- Travel locally within licensed states as needed to meet patient needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification (required)
- Ability to cover primary locations including Queens and surrounding areas
- Experience in conducting health evaluations or similar clinical duties
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multi-state licenses
- Experience working in in-home health settings
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships with patients
- Familiarity with diagnostic and preventive services products
